Gambit Wig/ Makeup Test 1

My twin is cosplaying Rogue this weekend at the Dallas Sci-Fi Expo, and she was tasked with styling our friend's Gambit wig. Well, time got away from her, so I told her I'd style it for them. It was a lot of fun! The wig is a Lulu from Arda Wigs, which unfortunately isn't really designed for these kinds of styles; but I managed to get quite a bit of success in using heat from a blowdryer to get the fibers working in our favor!

Once the wig was finished, we just sat there staring at it... it was so hard to tell if it would really work for Remy, so I made a quick black cowl to sit on the wighead with the wig. But... Still, it's so hard to tell! A wig can look completely different on a wighead than it does on a person. So, this happened.

We think it'll work just fine.

I really hope it meshes well with our friend's costume, and I can't wait to see finished photos! Hopie's 90's Classic Rogue turned out great, too! I know we'll be posting pics over the weekend on our cosplay page-
