Jack Frost wig progress by xHee-Heex Jack Frost wig progress by xHee-Heex
I'm just about doooone- still need to curl the top pieces to the right angles, so that they'll flip and not spike, and touch up a few more bits here and there.

I began w/ this wig [link]

And a comparison photo I'm using to help me make adjustments [link]

Forgive the lack of makeup on my sleepy face!
To be scrap'd later.

I need a new Jack Frost wig anyway. I tried using my old Near ( Death Note ) wig! But it's just.... Failing.. Not a very good wig anyway.. I always seem to have trouble with pieces of my own hair showing outside of the wig! >_<; Very frustrating. Do you just have short hair? Or do you have some magical trick in order to get your hair completely covered? O:

I have short hair, but my twin's hair is long and neither of us have had any trouble fitting into short wigs like Jack's. You just have to be careful in pinning up the back! And of course a wig cap always helps!

I've been wanting to do a Jack Frost costume.  You've set the bar really high on making the wig!

Nice job!

Brilliant! What did you use to style the wig? I'm new to styling wigs, so I'd like to know what works.

Hi! From my other photo descriptions, "-The wig was styled with Got2BGlued and a little Got2BGlued flexible gum (it's a hair glue, not a gel) and came from Amphigory- you can find a link to the base wig in the wig progress photo in my Jack gallery. Just know that it required a lot of cutting!"
