Oh man, I'm terrified and excited for my first out of state con! :3
and I will be attending Colossalcon this year, and we're taking some easy (yet some new new!) cosplays!
Friday I'm wearing my Sora (ITS BEEN SO LONG) from Kingdom Hearts and then I'll be cosplaying The Monarch with Solo-dono's Dr. Mrs. The Monarch! It'll be a "resort-wear" version, since I know I can't pull off his skin-tight bodysuit right now. XD
And Saturday I'm really excited, because Hopie and I are cosplaying realistic versions of Farmland Ice Prince!Finn and Ice Princess!Fionna! Still need to make our robot arrrrrms!!
I'll also be brining my Ace Ventura costume, and Hopie and I will be helping work the Crunchyroll booth a little each day!!

Mario Party @ Anime Matsuri [Video!]
Hey, fellas~!
I've been pretty quiet on the DA front, but I wanted to share the project we just finished with the help of our great friend Pancake Mix Cosplay!
She shot footage of our big Mario group (w/ Hopie and myself plus our dad and four younger brothers!) at Anime Matsuri earlier this month and the video just came out! We had such a great time, and I hope it shows!!

Photoshoots, Iron Wig, and Tumblr!
WHOA I GAT A LOT TA TALK ABOUT SO LET'S GO!!
Firstly, ~Hopie-chan (https://www.deviantart.com/hopie-chan) :iconmonkeyheartless: and I had photoshoot time yesterday with the awesome :iconboikem: of Mike Boike Photography! It was such a blast! We went to a REALLY lovely park in the Woodlands and then visited the ice skating rink!
There were so many kids, it was awesome! And there were even a few parents that were like, "AFDJAKGJ LOOK ITS JACK FROST"! Definitely a wonderful experience. I had to apologize for the warm weather, though. Like one kid agreed, "It's abnormally warm Houston weather for this time of year!" XD He was so cool. Props to you, bicycle kid.

you were at colossalcon?!? What days were you there? I was dressed up as Maka Albarn the whole weekend. I had a HUGE scythe with me. My friends joined me at the con to form a Soul Eater group. I hope you enjoyed the convention as much as I did!
